Our affiliated company, Alderwood Capital Services Limited, is a services provider to Alderwood Partners LLP and is the data controller for both this website and activities in relation to those provided services, including where we interact with the personnel of service providers or other suppliers or counterparties. a. to correspond with you and maintain our service provider/counterparties contact details list (this is in our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry or otherwise communicating with you in the course of our business and maintaining our records);

b. to ask you to participate in one of our surveys or ask you to provide feedback to us, or to otherwise undertake business development and marketing activities in relation to making suggestions and recommendations to you about products or services that may be of interest to you and maintaining our business development contacts database (this is in our legitimate interests in promoting and developing our products and services and growing our business. c. in order to carry out KYC, client onboarding, anti-money laundering and anti-financial crime screening and measures (this is necessary for our compliance with our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in complying with our legal and regulatory obligations);
